POWER SCULPT
Experience an hour of muscle-toning, fat-burning circuit training. Power Sculpt will improve all key elements of fitness such as: Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Strength and Endurance as well as Postural Alignment.

Using only your bodyweight, no equipment. An introduction of common elements and principles of Yoga while adding core stability and strength to help you liberate your mind and body.

Free your mind, body and soul. At the physical level, yoga and its cleansing practices have proven to be extremely effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, gain strength and improve balance while you liberate your body, decompress and relax.
