• 25 Pull-Ups Male (10 Pull-Ups or 2 min Hang Female) [30s. Break]
• 300 Jumping Jacks [30s.Break]
• 25 Static Pushups – Hold each rep down position for 5ct. [30s. Break]
• 100 Squats – 90 Regular/10 Static Hold for 10ct [30s. Break]
• 400 Shoulder Rotations – 200 Front 200 Back [30s. Break]
• 100 Squats – 90 Regular/10 Static Hold for 10ct [30s. Break]
• 50 Bend and Reach [30s. Break]
• 50 Wall Hops [30s. Break]
• 30 Body Builders [30s. Break]
• 60 Mountain Climbers on a 4 Ct [30s. Break]
• 25 Static Pushups – Hold each rep down position for 5ct. [30s. Break]
• 50 Wall Side Steps [30s. Break]
• 25 Star Jumping Jacks [30s. Break]
• 25 Squat Thrusts [30s. Break]
• 50 Flutter Kicks – 4 count, 2sets [10s. Break]
• 30 Hello Dollies – 2 sets [10s. Break]
• 50 Crunches – 2 count 2 sets [10s. Break]
• 3 minute Break
• 3.5 Mile Run – Male 30min., Female 35min.
• Written Exam – must be taken immediately after Boot Camp.
*A trainer CAN NOT fail any part of the Physical or Written Exam.
