Nutrition Coaching General Description

Nutrition counseling analyzes various health needs in regard to diet and exercise. We will help you set achievable health goals and teach various ways of maintaining these goals throughout your lifetime to reach a state of improved health, increased energy and prevent future disease. A nutritionist takes the time to listen closely and understand where you are right now in terms of your lifestyle and diet, and will work with you to help achieve your goals to feel like the best version of yourself!

1 Month Program $600

The 1 Month Program is a great place to start if you're exploring nutrition and embarking on a healthy lifestyle for the first time.
This package includes: 4 30-minute Sessions, Food Frequency Analysis, Individualized Goal Setting, Grocery Shopping List, Pantry Assessment, and a Recipe of the Week


2 Month Program $960

The 2 Month program is for when you want to truly commit to making a lasting change in your life that you can see and feel.
This package includes: 8 30-minute Sessions, and all items included in the 1 Month Program. Additionally a Food Diary will be kept, with a Dietary Report, Nutritional Health Analysis and a Personalized Nutrition Plan.


3 Month Program $1260

The 3 Month program is the recommended time frame to hone your wellness vision and take the time to see results. This is the optimal moment to incorporate the new healthy habits you've been building to realize a lifelong change.

This package includes: 12 30-minute Sessions, Food Frequency Analysis, Individualized Goal Setting, Grocery Shopping List, Pantry Assessment, and a Recipe of the Week. A detailed Food Diary will be kept, with a Dietary Report, Nutritional Health Analysis and a Personalized Nutrition Plan. To wrap up all that is accomplished throughout our time together we will conclude with an assessment of Environmental and Lifestyle Balance.
