Wellfitness Personal Training is an experience for the mind, body and soul. Your strength will build from the inside out while you increase psychological well-being. With a Wellfitness trainer you will enhance your flexibility, strength, endurance, posture, balance, coordination as well as your cardiovascular health.
This program is for a client that wants to sculpt their body with a full program designed specifically for them. Your initial assessment also includes a basic nutrition consultation.
